Crispy Rice Salad Pop-Up at Bar Carlo

I’m about to make a limited number of The Malka Bellflower salads, with some autumnal updates: Puffed jasmine rice, winter greens and chicories, fruits, herbs, crispy shallots and parsnips, lime leaf cashews and peanuts, pickled peppers, salt + pepper lemongrass parsnip purée, glazed crispy chicken or tofu, with coconut nam phrik pao vinaigrette (contains fish sauce), or sesame-ginger-citrus vinaigrette (vegan).

This will be a large portion, around the size of the takeout salads at Malka during the pandemic. Definitely shareable for two people, if that’s your thing. $25 each, gratuity is included.

Here’s how it will work: 

• This will be by pre-order only. After clicking below, you’ll have the option to choose the time that you’d like your salad(s) to be ready. Takeout and dine-in options will be available.

• Choose your salad specifications (protein, glaze, and dressing).

• Add a cocktail pairing and/or a cookie if you’d like (cocktails are dine-in only). You may order additional drinks and snacks from Bar Carlo’s kitchen once you arrive!
